Variety is the spice of life. Madrid certainly has it going on when it comes to international food. If you look in the right places you won’t be disappointed. If you are from or have ever been to cities with huge international exposure, you’ll likely miss the occasional Curry, Korea BBQ, Crepes etc etc. Well, look no further, this page has you covered. Scour the page, you might find your next big favourite to make you feel right at home.

Gayagum Gallery Restaurant
Fabulous Korea Food in the heart of Madrid, rather close to Sol. For all your Kimchi and Korea BBQ needs. They have their own farm where they grown their own vegetables. So, at Gayagum, vegetables taste delicious and fresh. Not to be missed.

One of, if not the only place to try divine Persian food in Madrid. Banibanoo offers freshly made meals and cakes on a daily basis. To try and die for would be the hummus with feta cheese and beetroot and the Sekanjabin drink and coffee. Food heaven!

Mexican owner taqueria offering tacos the way I am sure they are eaten in Mexico – full of flavour and optionally spicy. Fantastic value for money with tacos starting from 1€ each. Favourite taco filling being Al pastor. Be sure to try the red chilli sauce for heat and the green sauce for “semi” heat.

Chicken, as a bird, should serve an integral part of anyone’s diet. This restaurant brings delicious charcoal rotisserie roasted chicken packed with amazing marinades. If you find yourself missing Nandos or maybe soul chicken, you won’t be disappointed here. Also on offer are high quality grilled steaks.

Les crepes comme en France? Mais oui, oui. French owned creperie with a Parisian feel to it. This is most probably how you wil have crepes in France. On offer are savoury and sweet crepes. Must try the crepe with caremel breton (salted caramel).

C/ del Cardenal Cisneros, 6, Metro Bilbao
You cannot be told to go to this place fast enough. Flavour packed Asian food, from curries to noodles and soups. Fresh flavours, most of which freshly prepared while you wait. To try: Bicol Express rice dish and the Malaysian Chicken Satay skewers.

La Colonial de Huertas
Good old hearty Cuban food, made and served by Cubans. Excellent value for money menu del dia. Great picadillo, tostones and ropa vieja. Mojitos and other tapas accompany lovely Cuban beats for a lively soiree.

Goiko Grill
Probably the best burgers this side of the pond. Trying is believing. Made with freshly made meat in the kitchen everyday, including daily hand-cut potatoes and seasonings. This is the place to go to whenever you are not sure where to go.
